Welcome to Monkey Business. We want to keep your children as safe as possible and to accomplish this we have provided a form for you to fill in stating that you give your child permission to join monkey business which is full of games, coloring pages, and fun stuff just for kids. We ask that you either contact us via telephone at 812-268-3091 or please provide a telephone number so we can contact you to verify that you give your children permission to join. I know when I was a child growing up i'd fill out stuff for my parents without their permission and got myself into some trouble so to prevent this we would like to double check by telephone.
