Greetings in Jesus Name from all the staff and members of Radio 99K! Welcome to Radio 99K's birthday club especially for kids ages 1-13! We would love to celebrate your birthday with you by sending you a personal birthday e-card and a birthday certificate just for you! We will also send you a free video through e-mail of monkey business. Also on your birthday you'll be mentioned in our birthday club's radio programming.

If you would like to become a member of our birthday club please ask your parent's permission and have them fill out the form for you. To safe guard all children we will call each parent to confirm that their child is able to participate in this birthday club for their safety. Parents: If you would like a personalized birthday message on cd from the monkeys via postal mail for your child's birthday a love gift of $5 or more we will send a personalized birthday message to your house or post office especially for your child. Please send your love gift 2-4 weeks prior to your child's birthday so they will receive their gift on time. Also please fill in the form at least 3 days prior to their birthdays so they receive their e-mails on time and can be included on the radio programming. Each year your child will receive a new birthday e-card, a new certificate, and a new video.
