Faith Statement

We believe in: Ephesians 4:5

1. One Lord--"We believe in God as the creator who came in the form of Jesus to save His creation from their own sins, and upon resurrection to Heaven came to us in the form of His Holy Spirit to fill us with His wisdom and power, to comfort the weak and those who mourn commanding us to go out to all the world to preach His Gospel."

2. One Faith--Belief in the Holy Trinity (One Father, One Son, and one Holy Ghost). Belief and Trust in God; knowing that God is real, even though one can't see Him.

3. One Baptism--A ceremony in which one enters the Church family. It is a way of showing that you have been washed free of sin by the death and rising from the dead of Jesus Christ.

4. The Scriptures are the inspired Word of God written by men but divinely inspired by God and it is the supreme perfect authority in matters of faith and practice

5. We believe in God the Father who is perfect in Holiness, infinite in wisdom, and is measureless in power. We rejoice that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men, that He hears and answers prayers, and that He saves us from our sin and death to all that come to Him through Jesus Christ.

6. We believe in Jesus Christ who is the eternal and only begotten Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, of virgin birth, sinless in life, making atonement for the sins of the world by His death. We believe in His bodily resurrection, His ascension and visible return to the world, according to His promise.

7. We believe in the Holy Spirit who came forth from God to convict the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify, and comfort those who believe in Jesus Christ.

8. We believe that all men and woman by nature and by choice are sinners. In Romans 3:23 it states "For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God." However, in John 3:16, it states, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." We believe, therefore, that those who accept Christ as Lord and Savior will rejoice forever in God's presence. Those who refuse Christ as Lord and Savior will be forever separated from God and will spend eternity in hell.

9. We believe in a living Spiritual body of which God is the head, and of which all regenerated people are members. We believe that a local Church is a company of Believers in Jesus Christ, immersed on a credible confession of faith, and associated for worship, work, and fellowship. We believe that to these local Churches were committed for continuous observance, the ordinances of baptism, and the Lord's supper and that God has laid upon these Churches the task of proclaiming, to the lost world, the acceptance of Jesus Christ as Savior, and the enthroning of Him as Lord and Master. We believe that all human betterment and social improvement are the inevitable by-product of such a Gospel.

10. We believe that every human being is responsible to God alone in all matters of faith; that each Church is independent and must be free from interference by any Ecclesiastical or political authority; that therefore, Church and State must be kept separate as having different functions, each fulfilling its duties free from the dictation or patronage of the other.

11. We believe in the unity of one Church as the first Church of the land before man got a hold of the Church and the outcome being various denominations. We are a non-denominational Church as Jesus was then and still is today.

12. We believe that our top priority as Christians is to bring souls into God's Kingdom, to teach them, and to uplift them in these last days and we are working in unity with other denominations to bring this to pass around the world.
